Mark A. Grimaldi, Certified Fund Specialist Chief Portfolio Manager

	Mr. Grimaldi graduated Albany State University in 1985 with a BA degree in Economics. His career in money management began as an Investment Coordinator at Meyer Handleman Company in NY. After two years, he joined Prime Financial Services as Director of Operations. In 1992, Mr. Grimaldi accepted a position as Manager, Securities Operations at Marshall & Sterling Consultants in Poughkeepsie, NY. Mr. Grimaldi has been a portfolio manager since August 1, 1993. In 1997, he earned the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation. Since March of 1989, Mr. Grimaldi has coordinated and taught securities training classes at Dutchess Community College, Poughkeepsie, New York. In 2004, Mr. Grimaldi became Chief Portolio Manager of the Navigator Newsletters. On January 1, 2008, Mr. Grimaldi became Co-Manager of the Navigator Fund (NAVFX). On January 1, 2010, Mr. Grimaldi assumed the role of Chief Economist and Money Manager of the Sector Rotation Fund, (formerly known as the Navigator Fund) (NAVFX). January 2011 Mr. Grimaldi formed a strategic partnership with Suze Orman of CNBC TV. Mark and Suze created a new and exciting newsletter called The Money Navigator. Mr. Grimaldi acts as Chief Portfolio Manager and Economist on this new joint venture.

Joseph V. Visconti, CLU, ChFC Principal

	Since 1973, Mr. Visconti has been professionally advising clients concerning investments and insurance. A 1972 graduate of Bradley University with a BS degree, Mr. Visconti has continued his education and has earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from the American College. Mr. Visconti is registered with the SEC as an Investment Advisor. His active membership in the Society of Financial Services Professional and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors keeps him current in the ever-changing investment and insurance markets. Mr. Visconti resides in Cornwall, New York, with his wife and two daughters.

Sharon Marshall Assistant to the Publisher
	Ms. Marshall manages the mail room operation, subscriber requests and email notifications. Her secretarial career includes experience at Verizon and IBM. She resides in Wappingers Falls, New York

Jordan Mentry, Certified Fund Specialist Relationship Manager

	Mr. Mentry is a 2009 graduate of the State University of New York at Geneseo. He graduated Cum Laude and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to joining Navigator Money Management, Inc., he worked in sales and finance in his hometown of Watertown, New York. Mr. Mentry earned his Certified Fund Specialist designation in September 2012. Jordan currently resides in New Paltz, New York. He is most interested in portfolio management.

Laura Phillips, Certified Fund Specialist Publisher

	Ms. Phillips is a 2011 graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in both her majors of Economics and Italian Studies. Laura currently resides in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Sheila Pitz Circulation Coordinator

	Ms. Pitz has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience. Immediately prior to joining Navigator Money Management, Inc., Sheila was with Independent Financial Marketing Group (IFMG), where she was the Supervisor of the Sales Reporting team, which provided reporting to executive management, financial institution management and financial consultants on a wide range of financial tools and investment strategies. Sheila's experience also includes work as an Accounting Clerk and an Accounts Payable Specialist with Fuji Photo Film, USA. Ms. Pitz attended York College of Pennsylvania.

Casaundra Wu

Ms. Wu is a 2010 graduate of New York University. She graduated with honors and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Prior to joining Navigator Money Management, Inc. she was a senior account manager at a commodities brokerage firm in Westchester, NY. Cassie’s current responsibilities include working on financial plans and assisting clients with their account. Ms. Wu earned her Certified Fund Specialist designation in October 2012. She is most interested in macroeconomics.
