Mr. Grimaldi graduated Albany State University in 1985 with a BA degree in Economics. His career in money management began as an Investment Coordinator at Meyer Handelman Company in New York City. After two years, he joined Prime Financial Services as Director of Operations. In 1992, Mr. Grimaldi accepted a position as Manager, Securities Operations at Marshall & Sterling Financial Consultants in Poughkeepsie, NY. Mr. Grimaldi has been a portfolio manager since August 1, 1993. Mr. Grimaldi founded Navigator Money Management, Inc. in 1996. Navigator is an S.E.C. Registered Investment Advisor; the firm manages over $95 million for clients utilizing no-load mutual funds. In 1997 he earned the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation. Since March of 1989, Mr. Grimaldi has coordinated and taught securities training classes at Dutchess Community College, Poughkeepsie, New York. In 2004, Mr. Grimaldi became the Chief Portfolio Manager of the Navigator Newsletters. As the lead manager of the Navigator Fund (NAVFX), Mr. Grimaldi's work was recognized by Morningstar as being in the top 1% of all Large Growth mutual funds for 2008. During his tenure, the fund’s Morningstar rating rose from one star to five stars, the highest rating. Mr. Grimaldi resides in Hyde Park, New York with his wife and three children.

Since 1973, Mr. Visconti has been professionally advising clients concerning investments and insurance. A 1972 graduate of Bradley University with a BS degree, Mr. Visconti has continued his education and has earned the Charted Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) certifications from the American College. Mr. Visconti is registered with the SEC as Investment Advisor and is a principal in Navigator Money Management, Inc. His active membership in the Society of Financial Services Professional and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors keeps him current in the ever-changing investment and insurance markets. Mr. Visconti resides in Cornwall, New York, with his wife and two daughters |

Mr. Morgan is a Dean’s List graduate of Union College (Schenectady, NY) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Economics. He leads the team that publishes the four Navigator Newsletters, is the Portfolio Manager for the Sector Navigator and writes the Navigator Weekly Commentary. As Vice President - Client Relations at Navigator Money Management, Inc., he specializes in working with private clients on reaching their financial goals. He serves as the Relationship Manager for all Navigator subscribers that are private clients. Mr. Morgan’s focus includes high net worth investors and business pension and benefit plans; he is a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent. Mr. Morgan serves as the President of the Abilities First, Inc. Board of Directors and is the Past Chairman of the Mid-Hudson Civic Center, Inc. He is also a former Board member of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. John resides in Hopewell Junction, New York with his wife and three children.

Ms. Dulin holds a BS and MBA form Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. Prior to joining Navigator, she was with IBM for 12 years, and she held many management and staff positions focusing on finance and strategic planning. Cheryl works with private clients on establishing new accounts and incoming transfers, annual minimum required distributions, tax withholding and custodial account distributions. |
